An Essay on Productivity Hack

How it started,

First on initial days of working on project i tends to make plan and plan mostly i surrounded my self with the idea ,stuff and research on what are the most recent studies on how to get most of the time or other way productive most of the time , but it didn't go well as more and more ideas making me feel like i started to focus on the plan instead of the execution. i started to feel none of the tricks and hacks because it making me overwhelmed and i stuck in decision paralysis i tends to avoid more tasks and love to know how to do it, well i know you may laugh like how instead of doing stuff he is gathering stuff to make things to do that stuff , well it doesn't makes sense which i know it doesn't at that time i am so consumed i forget to see what am i even doing , as this stories goes daily planning goes but "Execution" well you know it never started,

Then now is the time to stop this behaviour of mine One last time i did research on all the hack and found the one which i am searching for and today 2 weeks completed following this hack , i can assure you even my self that it works i mean wonder . for which i my self have created it from combining various hack and studies i have read in past , 

THE APPROACH

I have taken to make this hack or we can say kind of tracker it is not an hack it is well researched and have all the stuff that anyone need to kept going and slicing the task with a sharpen knife,  

The first thing .
According to the harvard research back in 20th , what they did they make people to write there goal on a piece of paper and when they compare with the people who writes and who doesn't it shows them the people do write their goal on the paper are more likely to get what they wanted as compare to who doesn't wrote it.

The Second thing.
we know that how much feedback is important not just in creative industry by ever where so why not use it on the my hack so that's why i have implemented this on my hack.

The third thing.
As we are aware of the tracker concept how as a person it is important to have a tracker of habits to know and track and assess it while doing the repeat task again and again well the same analogy i have applied to it.

NOW,
The time for the hack ,
5-DAYS Rule.

So in this 5 days we need only pen and copy of small size to track it,
Starting with it on the first day you will write all the task and goal you wanted to do in the next 5 days
(kind off 5 day plan) 
after this you divide this in 5 days (here be realistic)
and on the night write in one page what makes you not to able to complete that task which you have written there what made you stop (This is feedback mechanism ) and write it and try to avoid it.

SIGNAL VS NOISE RATIO;
what it mean what ever you have written on paper is signal and other things is noise so 
signal vs noise ratio maintain 80/20 ratio to help you on this journey well it is ideal adjust as per your goal and timing,

And repeat it every 5 days
and on the last day remember to write what are the habits and improvement take place in you and the way you living it.



keep doing and following (well i am also trying my best not to get detached from this rule of living initially i find it hard but now i am enjoying it.)
