An essay on Planning
there are pretty good solution i dont know weather mine on help you or not but i can say it does help a lot for that you have to do it consisent and be more caution about the time we spend on daily on the stuff that we dont really wanna do that’s it i have tried many things but at last one things matters most which is i learn about my self and get what i wanted .
the solution part of it well
its easy you also know that makes goal but before i tell you make goal there are steps that you have to follow to get to the hold of it. make a goal like what is it currently wanna do in all aspects of you life i dont know about the other but genrally people have 4 aspect in their lifes
1 for the money for me currently i am a student so my goal is getting a good placement right now
2 health for this i do swimming and calesthanics in home to be fit daily . goal for this is to comlete 5 km for swimming and for calesthanics i dont have i just do it daily.
3 relationship well i know have really any goal on this cause i dont know this year i am fully dedicated my self for my self and my full focus on it. so i dont think i will going with this one
4 additional for me learning and improving english and ukulele learning other than this i dont find other goal of myself this is the stuff currently i am going to pursure
so now i will follow a 5 day rules where in intial day i will decide what i have to do in this 5 day and each day i will divide the work to get it complete this will be the daily routine of my self well
